JAVA ExecutorService invoke all together but do not wait or cancel

I would like to use the ExecutorService in JAVA to run multiple tasks (callables) together. The invokeAll method provides this but it either waits until all the tasks have finished or it timeout and cancel any that does not finish in time.

What I need is just the submit together part of this method. Is this provided in ExecutorService? Or I will have to use barrier myself?
